The Email Assistant gives you a dedicated address — something like your-name@agent.hellodeck.ai. Inbox and Contacts are the two dashboard views that let you see what flows through it: everything that arrives, and everyone it arrives from.
Using your Inbox
Your Inbox is a window into everything that has reached your assistant address — every email you forwarded, every thread you CC'd it on — laid out newest-first and grouped into conversations you can read in full.
Managing Contacts
Contacts is the list of outside people and addresses that have emailed your assistant. It's where you decide who gets through — approve the senders you trust, ignore the ones you don't.
