Connect HubSpot so Deck can answer questions about your pipeline using live CRM context — companies, contacts, and deals — without you having to copy details into chat.
What Deck uses
- Read companies, contacts, and deals — so Deck knows who's in your pipeline when you ask
- Read tickets and CRM objects — for richer answers when you're working a deal
- Read-only — Deck doesn't write back to HubSpot today
How to connect
- In Deck, go to Settings → Integrations.
- Click Connect HubSpot.
- Sign in with the HubSpot account that has the right permissions.
- Approve the access scopes — Deck shows you exactly what it's asking for.
Common uses
- Pipeline questions in chat. "Which deals in the proposal stage haven't had activity in two weeks?" — Deck pulls the answer from HubSpot directly.
- Deal context in memos. When generating a memo, Deck can reference the matching HubSpot deal — owner, stage, close date — so the doc reflects your CRM, not just files.
- Quick lookups. "What's the latest with Acme?" surfaces the deal record without leaving Deck.
