Scheduled Tasks
Run a task on demand
Don't wait for the schedule. Hit Run now and any task fires immediately — same instruction, same connected sources, same email-to-inbox delivery. Useful when you missed yesterday's brief, you're testing a tweak, or you want to share the output with a teammate.
Daily news digest
Every weekday · 7:00 AM
Triggered just now — delivery in ~40 seconds, same email format as a scheduled run.
When this is useful
- Catching up after time away. Run yesterday's brief now if you missed it.
- Testing a change. Tweaked the instruction? Run it once to see the result before letting it fire on schedule.
- Sharing with a teammate. Trigger a run, get the email, and forward it.
How to do it
Open the task from Scheduled Tasks and click Run now. The result is delivered the same way as a scheduled run — by email — and is recorded in the task's history alongside everything else.
What changes vs. a scheduled run
Nothing. On-demand runs use the same instruction, the same connected sources, and produce the same kind of output. The only difference is that you triggered it instead of the clock.
