Writing a useful bug report

The faster we can reproduce what you saw, the faster we can fix it. Include:

  • The page or feature you were using (a URL is ideal)
  • What you were trying to do in one or two lines
  • What happened vs. what you expected
  • A screenshot if you have one — especially of error messages
  • Roughly when it happened (today, yesterday morning, etc.) so we can find the right logs
